2026年国际学生本科新生入学奖学金实施办法

In order to encourage and attract more outstanding international high school graduates to pursue undergraduate studies at our university, enhance the quality of teaching and learning, and motivate students to maintain academic excellence after enrollment, Beijing Normal–Hong Kong Baptist University hereby establishes the Undergraduate International Freshman Entrance Scholarship. The specific implementation guidelines are as follows:

为鼓励和吸引更多优秀的外国籍高中毕业生来到我校进行本科学习，提高我校教育教学质量，并激励学生入学后继续努力学习，特设立我校国际学生本科新生入学奖学金，具体实施办法如下：

一、Eligible Recipients and Reward Criteria 奖励对象及奖励标准

Outstanding international undergraduate freshmen who have applied to pursue bachelor’s degree programme at the University, been admitted, and completed registration on schedule shall be eligible.

申请来校接受本科学历教育，被我校录取并按时报到注册的优秀外国籍本科新生。

The types and award amounts of the University’s 2026 Undergraduate International Freshman Entrance Scholarships are as follows:

2026年学校国际学生本科新生入学奖学金类型及额度如下：

1.Full Scholarship国际学生本科新生入学全额奖学金（CNY 110,000人民币11万元/学年）

2.50% Tuition Waiver Scholarship 50%学费减免奖学金（CNY 55,000人民币5.5万元/学年）

3.30% Tuition Waiver Scholarship 30%学费减免奖学金（CNY 33,000人民币3.3万元/学年）

4.Housing Waiver 住宿费减免（减免当年学校住宿费，按学生实际申请获批入住的房型减免住宿费，原则上为期四年）

Full, 50%, and 30% tuition-waiver scholarships are normally granted for four years, provided recipients meet the University’s scholarship continuation requirements.

全额、50%及30%学费减免奖学金符合学校奖学金续得政策的原则上为期四年。

二、Scholarship Requirements获奖条件及审核办法

1.Scholarship Evaluation Criteria 奖学金评定要求：

*The Full Scholarship, 50%/30% Tuition Waiver Scholarship will be awarded through a merit-based selection process and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. These scholarships can be combined with housing waiver. The housing waiver will be granted to the first 50 enrollment students on a first-come, first-served basis, the waivers will reduce the accommodation fees for each academic year according to the approved room type, generally covering the four years of study at BNBU.全额奖学金、50%或30%学费减免奖学金将通过择优录取的方式发放，采取先到先得机制，该奖学金可与住宿费减免同时兼得。住宿费减免将以先到先得的方式发放给前50名录取学生，减免当年学校住宿费（按学生实际申请获批入住的房型减免住宿费），原则上为期四年。

2.Continuation of Full Scholarship, 50%/ 30% Tuition Waiver Scholarship 全额奖学金、50%或30%学费减免奖学金续得要求

The Full Scholarship, 50%/ 30% Tuition Waiver Scholarship will be renewed on an annual basis for the full length of study (4 years) if scholarship holders maintain a cGPA of 3.0 or above. The university will evaluate the behavior of students who receive accommodation fee subsidy. Students who comply with all school regulations will be eligible to continue receiving accommodation fee waivers in the next academic year.

奖学金的发放原则上为期四年，每学年结束后须进行续得审核。获得全奖或50%/30%学费减免奖学金学生每年保持3.0或以上的cGPA可自动续得与入学奖学金同等金额奖学金。学校对住宿费减免学生的行为规范进行考核，学生遵守学校各项规章制度，次学年方可继续减免住宿费。

In cases involving exceptional circumstances, the Undergraduate Scholarships and Financial Aid Committee shall exercise discretion in its evaluation.

审核如遇特殊情况，学校本科生奖助学金委员会将视情况酌情进行评定。

3.All undergraduate full scholarship holders recognized by the Undergraduate Scholarship and Financial Aid Committee in the Applied Mathematics programme will have academic advisors appointed from among renowned scholars, both domestically and internationally.

经学校本科生奖助学金委员会评定，凡是被我校应用数学专业录取，同时获得我校本科新生入学全额奖学金的优秀新生，其学业导师由国内外知名学者担任。

三、Scholarship Distribution Management奖学金发放管理

1. Full and partial scholarships are automatically applied as proportional deductions from the tuition fees upon the registration of new students. Freshmen are required to pay other related fees, such as accommodation fees, prepaid utility fees, insurance fees, etc.

全额及部分奖学金，在新生入学报到注册后自动按比例作为当年学费减免，新生缴费时需缴纳其他相关杂费，如住宿费、水电费预收款、保险费等。

2.At the end of the academic year, the university will assess the conduct and academic performance of students awarded full and partial scholarships. Students who comply with all university regulations and meet the renewal academic performance requirements will be eligible to renew their scholarships for the next academic year. The university will also assess the conduct of students receiving accommodation fee reductions, and those who comply with all university regulations will be eligible to continue receiving accommodation fee deductions in the next academic year.

学年结束后，学校对全额奖学金、部分奖学金获奖学生的行为规范和学习情况进行考核，学生遵守学校各项规章制度，且达到续得审核成绩要求的，次学年方可续得奖学金；学校对住宿费减免学生的行为规范进行考核，学生遵守学校各项规章制度，次学年方可继续减免住宿费。

3.If a full or partial scholarship student's academic performance in the previous academic year does not meet the requirements for scholarship renewal, the scholarship renewal for the next academic year will be canceled. Whether the scholarship can be renewed in subsequent academic years will depend on whether the student's average grade in the previous academic year meets the renewal academic performance requirements.

若全额或部分奖学金学生前一学年审核成绩未达到续得奖学金的要求，则取消该生次学年本项奖学金的续得，次学年以后各学年是否续得仍视其前一学年度的平均成绩是否达到审核成绩要求而定。

4.Any student who transfers or withdraws from the university will lose eligibility for scholarship renewal in subsequent academic years. If the transfer or withdrawal is due to the student's subjective reasons, the student must return all scholarships received in previous years.

凡学生中途转、退学的，取消转、退学以后各学年奖学金的续得资格；凡学生因自身主观因素造成的中途转、退学，该学生应退回所有以前各年度享受的该项奖学金。

5.Any student who takes a temporary leave will lose the scholarship for the year of absence. Upon returning to study, the scholarship will be awarded based on the student's academic performance and conduct assessment prior to the leave of absence.

凡学生中途休学的，取消休学学年奖学金额度；复学后，按照休学前学习成绩及行为规范考核情况发放相应的奖学金。

6.Any student who violates national laws, university rules and regulations, or is found guilty of academic misconduct such as plagiarism, falsification, etc., will lose their scholarship eligibility and will not be able to renew their scholarship in the next academic year or subsequent years.

凡有违反国家法律、校纪校规受到纪律处分，或在校期间有抄袭剽窃、弄虚作假等学术不端行为经查证属实者，取消奖学金资格，取消次学年及以后各学年奖学金的续得资格。

7.If a full or partial scholarship student participates in exchange programs or overseas study programs organized by the university, and the exchange period is one semester, the student's semester GPA at Beijing Normal-Hong Kong Baptist University (sGPA) will be used as the annual GPA for scholarship renewal evaluation. If the exchange period is one year, the student will automatically lose eligibility to renew the scholarship for the next academic year.

若全额或部分奖学金学生参加学校组织的交换生项目或海外、境外学习项目，如交换时间为期一学期，则以该学年在北师港浸大的学期GPA（sGPA）作为年度GPA参与奖学金续得评定；如交换时间为期一年，则自动默认次学年不获得奖学金续得资格。

8.The duration for disbursing full, partial scholarships and housing waiver for freshmen is four years.

新生入学全额奖学金、部分奖学金的发放及住宿费减免年限为期四年。

四、Evaluation Methodology 评定办法

1. The University adheres to the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality. Admissions decisions are primarily based on applicants’ high school academic performance and interview results, with holistic consideration given to their overall qualities and potential for future development. Final selections are made under the supervision of the Undergraduate Admission and Entrance Examination Committee. 学校本着公开、公平、公正的原则，以考生高中成绩和面试成绩为基本依据，综合衡量考生综合素质和培养潜质，在招生委员会的监督下，择优录取。

The Undergraduate Scholarships and Financial Aid Committee rigorously applies the principles of fairness, impartiality, and transparency, evaluating all candidates for entrance scholarships strictly in accordance with published criteria. 学校本科生奖助学金委员会严格遵循公平、公正、公开的原则，按照公布的标准对新生入学奖学金获得者进行评定。

2. The Full Scholarship, 50%/30% Tuition Waiver Scholarship will be awarded through a merit-based selection process and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Housing Waiver will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis only. 全额奖学金、50%或30%学费减免奖学金将通过择优录取的方式发放，采取先到先得机制。住宿费减免将以先到先得的方式发放。

本实施办法经学校本科生奖助学金委员会批准，最终解释权归学校本科生奖助学金委员会所有，适用于2026级外国籍本科新生。
